Cheyenne Oosthuizen
Cheyenne is passionate about the use of plant-based nutrition to prevent and
treat various chronic diseases of lifestyle, such as diabetes, high blood
pressure, cardiovascular disease and obesity whilst simultaneously looking
out for the welfare of the planet. Cheyenne will help you find ways to bring
healthy habits into your life in both a sustainable and enjoyable way.
She is also trained on the use of a low FODMAP diet for IBS by Monash
University and enjoys helping IBS sufferers take control of their IBS and
achieve symptom relief to improve quality of life.
