“My passion lies predominantly in the involvement of nutrition in different medical conditions, which is why I thoroughly enjoy working in the clinical and rehabilitation setting. I also love learning, and am currently doing my Masters at Stellenbosch University with a focus on gastrointestinal issues, paediatrics and nutrition support. I am a big believer that food and eating should spark joy, and that healthy doesn’t mean boring or difficult!”
